We enjoyed our late lunch at Cafe Reconcile. The drinks were good and the food was quite tasty. The fried green tomato sandwich was really good with the toasted cornbread and the blackened shrimp on the po-boy was perfectly cooked!

Loved this place, had been wanting to go for a long time. Food was superb, my watermelon tequila delicious. Great prices, almost unbelievable. Only problem, our waitress kept having to come back to ask us what we ordered, and I attributed this to not writing it down or to the place being packed. Also there was a lot of noise; but overall, it was worth the trip. The menu was pleasantly varied and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely going back.

I took my sister from Calif here for lunch and she was so blown away by the food. We had the fried Turkey necks with Thai chili sauce. We were gnawing on the bones!! She got the gumbo and loved it. I got the Tuesday special smothered chicken with a side of potato salad. The chicken was so tender and the gravy was delish. A great deal at lunch

Chef Martha and her lovely young people served a wonderful meal and it was such fun! The communal tables took me out of my comfort zone and I was glad! I met some fun and interesting people and had a great time getting to know everyone. The DJ, Anthony knew just the right mix of music and volume! The Italian menu was delicious with my favorite being the meatballs and the roasted chicken. I am looking forward to the August dinner and have already made our reservations!

I love it. Best crab cakes and cornbread! The servers were charming, delightful and efficient. A bit noisy and I had to remind the hostess that I'd requested a corner table. Otherwise always a great experience.

Great concept, menu, service, and experience. Probably a bit noisy (could use some fabric to absorb the excessive noise). Wish they would be open Saturday and Sunday.

Server, look to long in asking about drinks. We were not acknowledged at all. At least 10 minutes before she came to table. Older lady in comparison to the young youths.

We had fried chicken, sweet potato crumble and mac and cheese. Stellar. Also BLT with fried green tomato on bread made with its corn flour. Sooo good. Service was excellent, atmosphere lively, all the young ones in training were happy to be there with a few proud parents and grands dining as well. Pictures of all the students on walls.
