Cafe Beignet, Bourbon Street is a must-visit spot in New Orleans, known for their delicious beignets. The breakfast sandwich with a bagel, waffle plate with fruit, and coffee are highly recommended. The vibe was great, outdoor seating, live music, and overall a great ambiance. The beignets were fresh and warm, also they have an option of chocolate cover beignets. The band was playing and some young musicians were dining in when the singer of the band ask them if they wanted to come up and join them for a couple songs. They did and it was super cool. The hot chocolate and beignets were fabulous. Despite potentially slow service, the chance for amazing people-watching and live music outside makes it worth the wait. This location's convenience and great food earn it a 5-star rating, just remember it's cash only and no outside food or drinks allowed.
