We are in New Orleans from Minnesota and I wanted grits for breakfast; something rarely done right where we live.
I had the smothered pork chop with grits and my husband had the shrimp and grits.
It. Was. Heaven.
I can only eat a small amount of food and I rarely miss the days where I could inhale massive portions of food, but today was that day.
I truly enjoyed myself today. The food was delicious and fresh. The owner was hands on and had great energy. She was welcoming from the time I walked in the building and greeted me. I would definitely visit again.
