Chick-fil-A in New Orleans

“Chic Fil A strives to be a family place and it shows. The chicken is very good. Every member is the staff is kind and courteous. They even hold community events. They welcome groups. They have games for customers to play. There is s kids play area with play cash registers. I can't say enough good things about Chic Fil A in general, but this location is exemplary of what they strive to be!“

“I went to chick fil a in Xavier campus I go there often mainly in the morning. However the worst customer service ever!!! They don’t be happy to take people order they say next guest like we bother them!!! Especially the one lady with red looking braids in her head I will continue to write a review until I see change with her!!! I seen people walk out y’all line because they dont like her attitude and they say I’ll wait til shift change!!! They take forever to take orders and to give me my food!!!! So I went there at night and talk about major difference!!! Everybody smiling moving fast they working together as a team they interact with us even the girl with the dreads that work in the back seen people standing there came out to ask if her teammates needed help with anything!!! She even talk to us and told a joke or two to put a smile on our face!!! I even seen her make shakes take orders and pass out food!!! I told myself they need the same energy like this in the mornings!!! I will be contacting corporate and Sodexo to tell them about this matter!!! I put 5 stars because of the night crew!!!“

“The service and food quality is impeccable as always but I wish that I had known this place was downtown with no separate parking from the surrounding establishments. As a first time visitor to this location I was a bit shocked to see it was just a fixture of the buildings, not a separate establishment. But they do a great job anyway, just good luck finding a parking spot directly outside.“
