“I went to chick fil a in Xavier campus I go there often mainly in the morning. However the worst customer service ever!!! They don’t be happy to take people order they say next guest like we bother them!!! Especially the one lady with red looking braids in her head I will continue to write a review until I see change with her!!! I seen people walk out y’all line because they dont like her attitude and they say I’ll wait til shift change!!! They take forever to take orders and to give me my food!!!! So I went there at night and talk about major difference!!! Everybody smiling moving fast they working together as a team they interact with us even the girl with the dreads that work in the back seen people standing there came out to ask if her teammates needed help with anything!!! She even talk to us and told a joke or two to put a smile on our face!!! I even seen her make shakes take orders and pass out food!!! I told myself they need the same energy like this in the mornings!!! I will be contacting corporate and Sodexo to tell them about this matter!!! I put 5 stars because of the night crew!!!“
“Ordered carry out and the order “got lost” in the system so the wait time was significantly longer than it should have been. The staff was kind, but still disappointing for a place like CFA that prides itself on quick and consistent service.“
“Love the perks& point you get using mobile app with free items. However using mobile express app is not so express. Everytime I’m in mobile lane I’m waiting a very long time. I watched 10 cars pass me by in the regular line while mobile line didn’t move for a while my last trip. Again I’m here for breakfast &line is extremely long I rather just order from regular lane from now on. The perks &points are not worth it to me anymore. They are always really nice &accommodating at this location. They work hard &always had my orders right. I think the problem is chic fil a as a company creating the mobile lane has nothing to do with the workers“
