“I went to chick fil a in Xavier campus I go there often mainly in the morning. However the worst customer service ever!!! They don’t be happy to take people order they say next guest like we bother them!!! Especially the one lady with red looking braids in her head I will continue to write a review until I see change with her!!! I seen people walk out y’all line because they dont like her attitude and they say I’ll wait til shift change!!! They take forever to take orders and to give me my food!!!! So I went there at night and talk about major difference!!! Everybody smiling moving fast they working together as a team they interact with us even the girl with the dreads that work in the back seen people standing there came out to ask if her teammates needed help with anything!!! She even talk to us and told a joke or two to put a smile on our face!!! I even seen her make shakes take orders and pass out food!!! I told myself they need the same energy like this in the mornings!!! I will be contacting corporate and Sodexo to tell them about this matter!!! I put 5 stars because of the night crew!!!“
“Clean and pretty efficient store, especially considering the amount of business they do, especially at lunch time. They could be a little better at letting guests know when their order is ready, but that's a fairly small thing. Highly recommend ordering on the app ahead of time and forcing it to mark you "at the store" before bothering to walk in, otherwise you might be waiting a few minutes. Ordering for Dine-In was much more efficient because you can enter your Table Number and they know exactly where to bring your order when it's ready. The window outside is only for delivery drivers, so if you ordered through the app for yourself, you go inside to pick it up.“
“My friend and I went to Chick-fil-A last night and it was pretty good ways away but worth it the food and service was great. The only thing not giving it five stars is how far it was from where we are there aren't enough of them. The banana pudding shake was great!!!“
