Chick-fil-A in Gonzales

“Maya is the most outstanding crew leader. At one moment she was cleaning tables, then she was taking an order. Moments later she was sweeping the dining area when I stopped to ask about the training at Chick-fil-A. She was so nice and polite and had tons of good energy. I left the restaurant seconds later. Maya was then cleaning the glass to the store's entry.

This young lady is a gem.

“I went through the drive through just now. While handing the girl my card, she was trying to hand me my order at the same time. In the exchange, the bag of food ended up falling to the ground. To me, it was no big deal, but the manager immediately had someone remake my entire order, and even upgraded my side item to a large! This was a pleasant surprise and fun start to my day. The staff at Chic-fil-A Gonzales really went above and beyond, and in my opinion, we all need to be more like that when mistakes happen. Id like to add, I frequent this place every week to other week, and I've never had a negative experience.“
