Chick-fil-A in Baton Rouge

“Good place for chicken sandwich milkshake. Lemonade, tea. They don't sell any beef just chicken.. They sell waffle fries and a couple salads. They have fruit cups.. They have a lot of family's with mom and dad visit with kids.. They have play area for kids..“

They get orders wrong occasionally but their doing their best!Edit:I wish that the drive through line was swapped and circling was on the inner and exiting was on the outter but then people would block those packing spots in between so I understand their decision.“

“Top of the morning to you Mr. Fila… we love you and to be honest you messed up last night on our chicken sandwich, we ask for no pickles and you placed extra pickles instead. It’s all good… there is a problem with the font on the drive thru sign, it’s so small you can’t hardly see you contain peanut oil in your products. I ordered a nugget kids meal and later realized you use peanut oil to fry those in, thankfully we had his allergy medicine before his rash spread all over. Not being critical, my grandson is only 1 and what the dr told us is that many children are allergic to peanuts and their uses. Just enlarge the font please … thank you for everything. “Haven't had Chick-fil-a in about 5-6 months and it was time for my Cheat Meal as well. I ordered 2 Spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 Large fries and I also saw this Limited Time Cloudberry Sunjoy and it was Delicious!!!!! Chick-fil-a never fails!“

“This is the best Chick- fil-a in the whole USA. I have been to every Chick-fil-a in Baton Rouge and some in other states. I don’t care if there is a Chick-fil-a next door to me. I will always go to Chick-fil-a on Millerville because my order will ALWAYS be right and just how I like it. The service is always great, as well. Great employees and management.“

“Don't let the long lines discourage you from stopping here. We used drive thru and our order was taken by an upbeat and nice young lady. She actually took the order standing outside at our car window. Happiness is contagious and it was such a great experience to be greeted with a smile and not order through a speaker/microphone and asked to repeat your order numerous times because they can't understand you. The food was hot, fresh, and delish! Total time from pulling into the parking lot to exiting with our food was less than 5 minutes! Mind you, this was their evening dinner rush hour, so that's quite impressive!!“

“Unusually Chaotic, it was a first for me, normally it's so smoothe and pleasant that's it's almost strange, like some kind of Twilight Zone, but in a good way, but this time it was so chaotic it felt more like McD. And is it just me, but is the chicken on the deluxe sandwich shrinking lately?“
