Chick-fil-A in New Orleans

“I was debating on what to eat, so I called my coworker because she always talks about Chick-fil-A . Well, I was not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the market salad was totally delicious. Yum yum!
Today 6/2/26, I tried their chicken noodle soup . Let's just say it taste like Campbell's chicken noodle soup from the can. Seriously! Still good though!“

“The service was good as always and the food was good as well but the downside is that there is no inside to the facility and you have to sit outside and in Louisiana the humidity is so bad that you can't even think about if the food is good or not because you're steadily sweating so it kind of ruins the experience so I'm hoping in the future they come up with some solution to better facilitate their customers that don't want to eat in their car or go home and eat but want to enjoy that dying out experience“

“I went to chick fil a in Xavier campus I go there often mainly in the morning. However the worst customer service ever!!! They don’t be happy to take people order they say next guest like we bother them!!! Especially the one lady with red looking braids in her head I will continue to write a review until I see change with her!!! I seen people walk out y’all line because they dont like her attitude and they say I’ll wait til shift change!!! They take forever to take orders and to give me my food!!!! So I went there at night and talk about major difference!!! Everybody smiling moving fast they working together as a team they interact with us even the girl with the dreads that work in the back seen people standing there came out to ask if her teammates needed help with anything!!! She even talk to us and told a joke or two to put a smile on our face!!! I even seen her make shakes take orders and pass out food!!! I told myself they need the same energy like this in the mornings!!! I will be contacting corporate and Sodexo to tell them about this matter!!! I put 5 stars because of the night crew!!!“

“Absolutely top notch experience every single time. The service at Chick-fil-A is on another level compared to any other fast food place. Employees are always respectful, the restaurant is spotless, and somehow they move a line of 30 cars faster than most places move 5.

The food is consistently fresh and actually tastes high quality. The spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries never disappoint. You can tell they care about doing things the right way instead of just pumping food out.

In a world where customer service is basically dead, Chick-fil-A still gets it right. Easily the best fast food chain in the game.“
