This Church's Chicken on St Claude was horrible I keep going back thinking it's going to change every time I go there the chicken is hard or they forget to put all my chicken in the box and I have to go back and tell them the chicken grease is burnt I don't understand why no manager over the manager it's not chicken up on that store on St Claude close to Poland it's ridiculous

Good food yes!, this store need a deep cleaning. The staff need to take pride in themselves, they were very untidy and having no head covering makes things worse. The store doesn't have an opening or a closing time, they do what ever they want.
