Subtle racism at its best. If you are white don’t bother. Every person of color will be served before you are even acknowledged. Never again. Seems to be standard operating procedure at every location i have visited. Not wasting my time any more. Will stick to local chicken restaurants.
I attempted to patronize this Church’s Chicken location for the second time in less than a week and the doors were locked, store clean, and no food available, while the store employees were counting down the registers, taking the trash out and ignoring several customers that were outside of the establishment. I'm not sure why they have a chicken sandwich advertised in their store considering how they never seem to be able to make it. No word of a lie, each time I've gone in the past two years (I live in the neighbourhood) and tried to order a chicken sandwich I'm told either "we aren't doing chicken sandwiches today" or "we can't do chicken sandwiches today".
