Fabulous! Drinks and food are amazing. Beautiful restaurant with New Orleans charm. Will return for sure.
The Delicata Squash small plate is fantastic and was definitely the biggest hit, next to Smoked Pumpkin Bisque and Coquette Bread served with a smoked beef marmalade. Our entrees were not as striking, but good. However, there was a temp and dress issue with the Bavette Steak. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the Yellowfin small plate, but I bet it's wonderful.
The food was outstanding! Susan, our server, really took care of us helping us figure out appetizers for our large group. Such a welcoming atmosphere.
Everything we ordered was very good. We started with the charred broccoli. My daughter and I both had the flounder, which was excellent. We topped the evening off with the chocolate torte. I can't give a complaint about anything we ate. Our sever was a straight shooter, which a cherish. I would definitely come back here.
Came for NYE. they had a preset menu which was amazing!!! Had a really yummy pecan soup, flounder and duck for mains. The strawberry pavlova was really interesting! It was very expensive but the food and atmosphere were great.

Service was spot on, they went above to seat our party of ten together. Food was good but a little overpriced.

Thee most delicious and consistent restaurant in the city!! In a city full of rockstar cuisines this is in the Hall of Fame
Very nice restaurant, nicely decorated and tasty food! Service was timely and everyone was very friendly. Pompano and apple tartine were both amazing. The tartare was a bit underseasoned and the buns of the shrimp puffs were a little dry, but the shrimp themselves were great. The schnitzel was also thicker than I would expect, but delicious all the same, so I’d give 4* for the food but 5* for the overall experience.

Pretty chill experience. We sat at the bar which was comfortable for drinking and eating. Bartender was helpful and answered our questions about the drinks and dishes. You go to this place for the degustation and the atmosphere, and it's done well.
Really overpriced, over contrived, overdressed salads and sauces and strange. Shrimp puffs in soggy choux pastry were sad, delicate squash had no flavor and everything was extremely pricey for what it was.

Started off really good with the roasted pumpkin soup with crab- great flavor, a little spicy, would have been a 5 if it came out hot not like warm. We had the bread (barely warm) with their beef marmalade - average. Entrees were disappointing- the braised short ribs were past caramelized to burnt and the meat was bland and dry besides a couple of olives the minuscule sides were indistinguishable and the green sauce was tasteless. We had the Pompano was equally as bland and no sides. Both meals were luke warm. Expected much more.

Food overall was terrible. We had appetizers and mains. The manager recommended the crab puffs so we got ordered them as well as a yellowfin carpaccio. The puff pastries we served cold and looked like they were store bought then stuffed with cold crab meat and fish eggs. The carpaccios was not a good cut and hard to cut not to mention that it was served with an overpowering olive tapenade and citrus sauce which did not go together or compliment the blue fin tuna in any way. The baby lettuce salad was freshing and served with a thick ranch dressing which would have been good but they put way too much dressing on. My daughters ordered the Steak entree and it was tasty although they rubbed it in black peppercorns and it was a little too much. I had the knocci with mushrooms and it was not edible. Here again too many flavors that did not mix and cold. The waitress asked me if I wanted anything else and I ask her if what she would order. She recommended the pork snitzel so I order it. This dish took bad to another level. It was about 1/8 inch thick and fried. It was so tough I could barely cut it with a sharp knife. I used to have a house on Prytania St and this place was good then but this was the worst meal I gave ever had at a gourmet restaurant and was $240 for 3 and no one had any alcohol because we arrived late and were tired. It is a shame because the atmosphere was great. I was going to ask the waitress to come over and cut the shintzel but my kids would have been embarrassed.
The food was good. I found it mostly under seasoned but it was an older crowd, so that might have been on purpose. The appetizers stood out as better than the mains in this regard. The crab puffs are pate choux dough which didn't pair well with the delicious crab with trout roe. The broccoli with pimento cheese was excellent, fully flavored and perfectly cooked. My flounder main was well prepared but the nage was not much more than cream and fumet and the crab and trout roe on this dish didn't carry it. The pickle addition brought the acid but was cold. This seemed on purpose and not my preference to mix hot with cold bringing every bite to tepid. The bruleed rice pudding was delicious but the flour less chocolate cake, while intensely chocolate was much too dense and needed to temper as it was too cold

We've been eating at Coquette for over 10 years now, every time we visit New Orleans. The food and experience is consistently outstanding. The menu constantly changes based on what is fresh and in season. Be sure and have dessert.
Wonderful restaurant with top notch craft cocktails. Menu changes frequently and is innovative and uses interesting flavors. Cozy downstairs dining room makes for an intimate dinner.
