Contacted Sam to Cater a very last minute brunch. Not only was he very accommodating with the menu everything was absolutely amazing! Sam was very professional and very quick to response. Everything was ready on time and as promised! I can’t thank him enough for helping make this event special. I will definitely use Da Bayou Shack Catering in the future.
