Loved the tea experience on a Saturday at 11 am. They were even so gracious to provide me with wonderful glueten free options for the sandwiches, treats and sweets. They had a harpist who played lovely. I wish I could go back this week! It was just absolutely lovely!
Went to Mardi gras in New Orleans in February, 2025. Everything about this hotel was perfect! The location, the rooms, the service, the staff & our room! Fantastic hotel & definitely the only place to stay if you want a perfect vacation in New Orleans!
Afternoon tea at the Ritz Carlton NOLA is always a treat. The Devonport Lounge is a very nice setting to enjoy this service, and a professional harpist provides a classy and subdued soundtrack. Our primary server was truly outstanding, but there seemed to be one in training who maybe struggled a bit with English and hadn't yet learned the ropes properly.
