It’s such a lovely & elaborate hotel. Club Access level is a must. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Lovely vibe at Afternoon tea. I only wish checkin process was better. But I will definitely be staying at this location often.
Loved the tea experience on a Saturday at 11 am. They were even so gracious to provide me with wonderful glueten free options for the sandwiches, treats and sweets. They had a harpist who played lovely. I wish I could go back this week! It was just absolutely lovely!
Went to Mardi gras in New Orleans in February, 2025. Everything about this hotel was perfect! The location, the rooms, the service, the staff & our room! Fantastic hotel & definitely the only place to stay if you want a perfect vacation in New Orleans!
