“It has been a while since I ordered pizza. Even longer ordering from Dominoes. I was not disappointed! The staff member was very nice and patient. Wait time on the pizza order was about 20 to 30 minutes. The pizza smelled delicious and tasted just as good. With orders coming in online, over the phone, and walk ups, they managed to keep their cool and not skip on quality! Kudos to these gentlemen for a job well done!“
“The area itself was a little iffy but the actual food building and atmosphere inside was great and the servers were cool/nice and respectful so id say id definitely go back
Parking: There was a good number of spots though the drive through was a little iffy do to the door for workers being in the middle of the drive through which was kinda weird“
“Was delivered via Ubereats by the store's own staff. On the app it said delivered but I had not received it. Hated the frustration and panic I felt as this girl was hungry!! About 10 minutes later, the Domino's delivery guy calls to give me the pizzas. Apparently staff at the store may have accidentally clicked delivered is what I was told. Apart from this confusion, the pizzas were warm and delicious.“
“I was have a horrible day, today is my sons bday. I had to get cupcakes and pizza and go to work after working my morning job. I only had hour to do it all.
I walk in at 11am and 15 minutes later I had pizza for the class party.
My order was taken by a lovely mom to be. She was kind professional and made all my fears melt away. I wanted to be on time for my son and my job.
I was on time for both, the pizza was delicious and the service was wonderful.
I cant remember her name but I do remember she treated me as a valuable customer. Normally I dont want to come in to a store but this wonderful pizza chef makes me want to come in more just to be treated with her kindness. I work alot so when I encounter kindness its important to always want to be around someone who is kind even if I have to buy a pizza to do so.
The world is so rushed, her kindness, patience and ease made me calm.“
“Unfortunately my pizza was not delivered but Adrien handled the refund so promptly and I even got offered a free pizza! Thank you for the customer service and being there to call your customers back! I’ll continue to order from this location. I always do, pizza is always on point, delicious and just how I like it! I’m beyond thankful for the quick response and refund! Yall rock!“
“GREAT, i had a carryout order march 22nd around 9pm, this young gentleman was very sweet and attentive to me. I didnt get his name the night of and haven't had the chance to be back since, but 10/10 highly recommend and will glady be showing my face around soon.“
“Ms. Sandy is amazing. I know it’s corporate and things are pretty standardized, but she always makes me feel like my pizza is special. I live around the block, and whether it’s dead slow summer, or busy Mardi Gras- they always get my food out quick and consistent. Ms. Sandy runs that place like a navy ship I love her!“
“I ordered a chicken onion bacon with extra cheese and had a short misunderstanding but the driver Bernice was quick and friendly about fixing my order and had went back re-made my pizza and delivered it all within a 30 minute time frame I highly recommend this dominoes pizza on Franklin Ave great after sales and customer service!!!“
“I love me some dominos. The wings are always undone to me. So I ask them to run them through the oven twice. It used to be 3 times until they told me it’s deemed “inedible”. How you’re gonna deny me from something I want? It’s not inedible to me. When my wings are ran through the oven 3 times it’s PERFECT for me. I love my chicken VERY crispy. Not burnt but extra crispy. Anyway. I love dominos pizza and wings. It’ll never get old.“
“My experience was great. The wait wasn't so bad... I like how the instructions via the app and parking sign were clear. When you arrive, tap in here via the app and put on your hazard lights so that a worker will know where to safely deliver your order. The worker who delivered my order to my car was the best customer service I had ever received. I wish I would have gotten his name but I'll be back and will make sure he knows how much I was pleased with his service.“
