“Alex, the manager on duty, was very courteous and made things right when there was an issue with my order that was beyond Domino's control (entitled customer in the automobile pick-up window was holding up the line, first using the quick pickup as a regular drive thru when it's not, ordering at the window then refusing to drive around...it's a pickup window for orders already placed...anyway the person was trying to scam the place out of a free pizza, they finally gave it to him because the line was backing up and he would not move his car)
My pizza got cold as a result of this customer's actions, not Domino's. Alex made things right and debited my card with an immediate refund, as requested. Praise to Alex at Hwy 30 Domino's for handling a difficult situation with grace and patience.“
“Earlier tonight we had doordashed Pizza Hut. We were charged but our pizza was never delivered. I ordered from Domino's not only did we get our pizza hot and fresh. Brooke went above and beyond to personally call us and give us the delivery time etc.
