“It has been a while since I ordered pizza. Even longer ordering from Dominoes. I was not disappointed! The staff member was very nice and patient. Wait time on the pizza order was about 20 to 30 minutes. The pizza smelled delicious and tasted just as good. With orders coming in online, over the phone, and walk ups, they managed to keep their cool and not skip on quality! Kudos to these gentlemen for a job well done!“

My title, one of the best reads that I’ve gotten from Dominos. Another could be “Do you want to add fresh parmesan cheese to the crust? I wanted to say I could write a novel of my favorite Dominos quotes but then again it might be better expressed by a short story. Well here it is. This is my go to Dominos in the city. I’ve tried several of them but the customer service here is always top tier.
It always empresses me, when my order actually coincides with their app. When the app or online says it’s ready, then it’s ready. The storefront is always tidy and the employees are usually happily working. I guess that’s why my pizza always comes out great here. It’s made with love. Thanks Dominos for continuously delicious pizza.“
“Always pick up from this location and they’re always understaffed. The only person I ever see working is Javonne and the rest always leave to do other things. It’s a shame dominos either only schedules one person or leave all the work to a single employee.“
“I was have a horrible day, today is my sons bday. I had to get cupcakes and pizza and go to work after working my morning job. I only had hour to do it all.
I walk in at 11am and 15 minutes later I had pizza for the class party.
My order was taken by a lovely mom to be. She was kind professional and made all my fears melt away. I wanted to be on time for my son and my job.
I was on time for both, the pizza was delicious and the service was wonderful.
I cant remember her name but I do remember she treated me as a valuable customer. Normally I dont want to come in to a store but this wonderful pizza chef makes me want to come in more just to be treated with her kindness. I work alot so when I encounter kindness its important to always want to be around someone who is kind even if I have to buy a pizza to do so.
The world is so rushed, her kindness, patience and ease made me calm.“
“Unfortunately my pizza was not delivered but Adrien handled the refund so promptly and I even got offered a free pizza! Thank you for the customer service and being there to call your customers back! I’ll continue to order from this location. I always do, pizza is always on point, delicious and just how I like it! “I must be honest with you and let you know that I went to this place like three times during my trip to New Orleans around the 4th of july. I am from New York and I have one spot that is pretty good another one that is pretty terrible but this place that I went to was the best pizza that I have had from Domino's hands down so far. My son said the same thing he went twice to get pizza from there. I have a lot of food sensitivity so I stick to a lot of the same types of food and this definitely did me Justice I literally ate the whole thing each time that I had it so that's why I don't even have a picture to show lol. It was baked fo perfection so about out to the worker who cooked the pizza each day. I got thin crust garlic parmesan sauce (I can't do tomato sauce) with chicken, bacon green peppers onions and extra cheese.
There were some strange people around the area so that's the reason the atmosphere got a lower number but I was pleased with everything else.“
“I ordered a chicken onion bacon with extra cheese and had a short misunderstanding but the driver Bernice was quick and friendly about fixing my order and had went back re-made my pizza and delivered it all within a 30 minute time frame I highly recommend this dominoes pizza on Franklin Ave great after sales and customer service!!!“
“This is a superb Domino's location, they cater to the Algiers area and it's convenient to also just drive up and pick up our order. The staff is extremely nice and the drivers are courteous and professional. We've been ordering at this location for two years since moving here and haven't been disappointed.
There is a small lobby with seating and a cool chalkboard. The bathroom is also convenient and clean.“
“I love me some dominos. The wings are always undone to me. So I ask them to run them through the oven twice. It used to be 3 times until they told me it’s deemed “inedible”. How you’re gonna deny me from something I want? It’s not inedible to me. When my wings are ran through the oven 3 times it’s PERFECT for me. I love my chicken VERY crispy. Not burnt but extra crispy. Anyway. I love dominos pizza and wings. It’ll never get old.“
“My experience was great. The wait wasn't so bad... I like how the instructions via the app and parking sign were clear. When you arrive, tap in here via the app and put on your hazard lights so that a worker will know where to safely deliver your order. The worker who delivered my order to my car was the best customer service I had ever received. I wish I would have gotten his name but I'll be back and will make sure he knows how much I was pleased with his service.“
