Worst experience we have ever had. I ordered the steak and lobster. Well done I asked, steak came out rare. Took steak back and came back medium. Worst lobster I have ever had I couldn’t chew it and first time ever that I had to spit my meal out in a napkin. Next guest same meal medium steak, steak was burnt, lobster same scenario. Third guest ordered the steak and mashed potatoes medium. Steak was well done wrong side. Second time same scenario. Waitress tried a third time guest said no and ordered shrimp and some type of spaghetti. Three bites into it he told the waitress the noodles were old and cold. No apology as he couldn’t eat it. 4th meal a complete disaster as well. Drinks they were good except one guest received the wrong drink twice. Asked for the manager who said she could only give 39 percent off because we ate part of the meal. I said the two lobsters are in our napkins. Nope didn’t care, waisted 270.00 dollars on food that was horrendous. When I asked for the manager boss I was told she would be in in about 20 minutes after 40 minutes I had to get up and locate the waitress as she disappeared. At that point I was advised the GM was not coming anymore. Why didn’t you tell us? Because I had no clue what number you can call. Embarrassing taking friends out and this happens. I would score them a zero if I could

Charbroiled oysters were completely lackluster and with that any real flavor. The three meager slices of French bread tasted stale. They have definitely lowered the bar from the last time we were here. Used to be the best place for charbroiled oysters. Won’t be back. Server was great. Food not good!

My colleagues and I were in New Orleans for a conference. We had lunch here and we had a great time. The ambiance is really nice. Our server Jerry was very nice and patient. The food was great! I misplaced my receipt and I needed it for my expense report as part of my business trip expenses. I called the restaurant and talked to the Asst Mgr Nick and without hesitancy, he sent me a copy of my receipt within a couple of minutes. He even called me back to inform me that he sent my receipt as requested. This is the kind of excellent service that we want in any businesses. As a result of this, I’ll make sure I’ll be back with my colleagues on our next conference this year. I highly recommend this place.

First time in New Orleans and everyone I told I was coming to visit advised that i come here. Now full disclosure I don't eat oysters, mussels, scallops etc but I was told the char broiled oysters were good. I will 100% agree. I had that plus the mamas gumbo, I wasn't as impressed by those then I closed it out with the boundin balls. Tasted great. I don't know if I will try regular oysters but I will do those char broiled again

We were in new Orleans and decided to go to dragos ...this place was awful the lobster Mac and cheese was burnt the fried catfish was so salty I couldn't even eat it and the sautéed spinach was disgusting...The gumbo didn't have any seafood in it the waitress said its "cooked down in it" SMH this place was horrible and the service was even worse! The waitress was rude ignorant beligerate and had an overall nasty disposition....I do NOT recommend dining here!!! if i could give them NEGATIVE 10 stars I most definitely would! This was the worse bday dinner I've ever had! Not a good experience here!
