Ordered two Dos Equis Ambar Especial in Sept 2025. We were served two bottles that were best before Apr 2023. Beer looked like green mud! Upon complaint we got fresh lagers, but were charged full price. Really?!

It's El Paso, need I say more? The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food is always great and it was a pleasant surprise finding one near my Apartment!

I went on June 1st and sat at the bar. I had two chicken burritos. They were awesome. The only problem I had was that there was no soap in the men’s room, instead just hand sanitizer. I was there on lunch break from work and needed to wash my hands.

Bog standard American tex-mex. They cut the burrito in half and lean one on top of the other, and that should tell you everything you need to know. I have had worse Mexican food in New Orleans.

Gotta take 10/10. Was hesitant if they would have a lot of people because I went solo lol but honestly wasn’t bad. Was pretty wonderful. Food at this location definitely hit a spot very delicious

Great Tacos authentic Mexican flavor in the heart of the Irish Channel. Get the Tacos with Roasted pork they’re mouth watering along with cilantro and bullion. Also festive atmosphere with sidewalk seating, reasonable price too.

No idea how this place has such good reviews. We sat at the bar and flies were SWARMING around us for the short 20 minutes we were there. Food was below average at best and EXTREMELY overpriced. The only thing that’s safe to order here is the chips and salsa. House Margaritas on the rocks were practically a hangover in a cup with the amount of sugar and syrup they contained. I wish I could give the service a better review, but it was completely empty when we went and couldn’t get a hold of the waitress for over 10 minutes because she was sitting with her back to us at another table in the restaurant talking with a co-worker. Highly disappointing. Honestly, just go to La Carreta down the street.

My family went here tonight and we were all really happy with the food. Restaurant looks nice and clean, the server was helpful and polite, and everything tasted great. The bean dip was really good and the chips and salsa were generous and I loved the molcajete (really generous portions for that too) and my family enjoyed the birria and quesadilla.

Probably the worst food I’ve ever had, and so completely overpriced. They said it was two for one margaritas, I got one water down margarita and they said that one was not too for one. Terrible place, I live around the corner and I will never go again, you guys need to shut down. AWFUL

This place is delicious and low key, right in the heart of Magazine St. I will be dreaming about the El Pastor street tacos until I come back again!

I went here one time while my daughter was in Hospital getting a surgery and I liked it. The food was good. BUT the last three times I went there thinking it was gonna be similar or the same IT WAS NOT! Each time I got there when they opened and each time my family and I paid $12 for cheese dip and tacos and ALL the cheese and tacos were cold. $5 PER taco and it's COLD! If im spending $60 on three people eating tacos and cheese dip then I EXPECT it to be HOT! Is that too much to ask? I'm not even going to go off on how it takes 40 minutes to get chicken tacos when we are one of two small tables in the joint. This place could be killer but they obviously do not care enough to give you good food on a consistent basis

Awesome food. We were looking for something to eat after driving into town and found it here!

Everything we had was great. The salsa seemed fresh and crisp. The service was a bit slow but the staff were working hard so no real issue there. Stop by and park at the CVS across the street, no hassle parking, just shop before you go, you can usually find something you need.
