I've been coming here for almost 20 years and it's always a great experience.
Not fritzel's, but the bar above fritzel's the bartender absolutely made my drink incorrectly. I ordered a non alcoholic beverage, we had to swap a syrup out, my drink should not have had ginger beer, but it did. It's a non-alcoholic beverage, remaking it should not be a big deal. Instead I ended up leaving the nearly full beverage on the counter and walking out.

Apparently, there’s a speakeasy in the back of the restaurant. Ask ChatGPT how to get the card. I think you go to a vampire shop nearby. There’s a vampire that blocks the door and asked for the card and $10. The Jazz at Rise’s was very good and we enjoyed sitting there watching the interesting street activities. I enjoyed the chocolate martini, but the rest of my friends didn’t feel there was enough alcohol in their drinks.
How often do you have a drink within the walls of history? Quaint dive worth every moment to visit.

Fritzel’s is a very fun pub to go listen to jazz. The band we listened to was so much fun. If you’re walking around Bourbon Street definitely stop in.

Personal favorite jazz spot in town. The looks, the sound, the energy, the seating, everything was on point to enjoy a few sets of excellent music. One drink minimum and they hound you but that’s expected. Restrooms in back were comically dirty but who cares? The music is on point. Heavy pours on drinks.

HARD PASS YA'LL! Hole in the wall, with bad service and does not have European Beer selection. I you are so hard pressed to see some jazz...make it worth your while and go to Preservation Hall, Blue Nile, or, Jackson Square. Drinks are way overpriced, bad service and no room to move!

Great place to stop in and have fun. The atmosphere is awesome. The music is fun and gives you a feeling that can not be explained. When in the french quarter, stop in and make your own opinion. We come and visit every year at Christmas and always have a great time...
