Tropical Isle is a bar known for its very potent Hand Grenade drink, which is no joke and a good way to get tipsy or drunk off your rocker, though it is kinda pricey at $14 for one. Customers can keep their cup for $2 off the next one. The staff is fun and friendly, always making it a good time. This location usually isn't the younger crowd and is never overcrowded, even on Mardi Gras, with no lines for the bathroom. Set prices are a plus, especially during the season, and great prices on drinks are available, especially during happy hour. The atmosphere is perfect to chill, with so many interesting things to look at. Live music is very good and more rock related. A one drink minimum is required to enter.
