This was my favorite bar we stopped at in bourbon Street! Laid back atmosphere, live music downstairs, chill vibe upstairs, not too loud, but still a lot of fun. The bartender was such a nice guy too, which is what makes or breaks a place in my opinion, so big props to him!
A must in New Orleans! We heard the hype about the infamous "hand grenades", so we had to try one. And yes, they live up to the hype! They're so good! And yes, they are strong... Do not let the tasty drink fool you! The bar was dimmed and nicely decorated, and it is a walk-up bar. The service was fast, but we did come early.

Straight to the point, this place is "thee" place to go on Bourbon Street. Call it a tourist hotspot lol, and the girls and I marked it off of our Mardi Gras bucket list but -- the grenades were received, and the party continued. Loveee Tropical Isle! Much love to them from the DMV.
