This hotel is not safe! They don’t have cameras in the hallways. Someone entered out room, went through our things and stole a debit card, cologne and keys to the jeep I had rented. They then stole the jeep! The debit card was use several times at a McDonalds and a nearby clothing store. The staff did nothing to help figure out who did it because it was obviously an inside job

Someone entered our room while we were out, went through our things, stole the car key and debit card and my husband’s cologne. We didn’t notice the missing things until the next morning when there were unauthorized charges to my bank account, my husband’s cologne was missing and OUR RENTAL CAR WAS MISSING FROM THE PARKING LOT!!! Everything points to this being an inside job!

The Southern Eggs Benedict was so good! The crab addition pushed it to fabulous! The potatoes on the side were perfection. They were out of coffee which was both disappointing and surprising for a hotel restaurant. The server offered to have someone put one together but I thought that would be more than I wanted to pay. As it was, breakfast was over $20, which seemed pricey even with a hotel credit. Although I was given the choice to dine in, I was encouraged to leave with to go boxes so the server could bus my table before leaving for the day. Overall an alright experience, just quirky.

Literally had no food. Breakfast menu looked good, but they were out of everything. Trying to charge luxury prices for toast. That was about all they had. How are you a restaurant and run out of food? Send someone to. The store to grab some bacon. Yall just ain't even trying.

The ran out of everything. 8am and you are out of everything but toast and waffles? You trying to charge people for fine dining and you serving toast and waffles. This is some pathetic excuse for a restaurant. We left. Cannot recommend what they do not have.

Parking: Don't park here. Don't eat here.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. Definitely was some discrimination going on and it was not hidden by anyone. Two out of 4 valets were polite.

Worst place I've been to in South America. Watered down drinks and they automatically add 10% gratuity for 'service'. Bartenders were useless. Highly recommend avoiding this dump.

Good was ok. But when entering at 330pm, couldn't find a single staff member to help us or even tell us if their open. Music was blaring loud and chairs in bar are extremely short compared to the tables. .waited 20 minutes to pay the bill.
