I rated this location 1 Star because it has been CLOSED since December 2023. There are other Pour House locations in New Orleans but not on Bourbon Street. Pour House, located at 718 Bourbon Street, needs to be removed from Google. This is misleading to visitors.Currently, there are tickets for sale for a St. Patrick's Day 2024 Pub Crawl on Eventbrite with the Pub Crawl starting at Pour House @ Bourbon. I do not believe this is the business owner but rather an "event organizer" that sells pub crawl tickets for special event dates across the nation.
No visit to the Crescent City would be complete without a visit to Pat O'Briens. Some day we may even try the food. Missy our bartender made us excellent mint juleps and makes everyone feel at home.
We went to a lot French Quarter venues during our recent visit, and can say that the dueling pianos bar was the best of all. It is an absolute blast. Remember that it is a very popular spot so you need to arrive early to have much hope of getting a table. Pretty much everyone knows that this was the birthplace of the Hurricane, and I’m not sure you find any better version of it. This property also has a great outdoor courtyard area, as well as another inside bar in case you want a change of pace. Now that I’ve been, I get why people still pack the place in. What a great time!
Bar downstairs is awesome. Music wasn't blaring till after 10 and upstairs has the best burgers in New

In town for a cocktail crawl, this was our first stop. Bring on the hurricane! They have these ready and just need to add ice! Delicious and it definitely has alcohol in it. They aren't cheap, but no drinks on Bourbon Street are. At least this one will get you going.
It’s a must stop in NOLA but it’s a bit of a tourist trap to be honest. Very loud and crowded. Drinks OK, a bit sweet for me. Food was good, red beans and rice and a salad. Staff friend and helpful. Would receive as everyone should go at least once.
Ordered a hurricane and was disappointed. Use a mix and not fresh fruit juice. Tasted like cool aid. Our hotel did a much better job.
My favorite bar on the bourbon street! The staff are super nice friendly great inviting atmosphere. Go see my girl Shane!!! She is the best tender on the strip!!!

Over priced warm draft beer is unacceptable - 100 other bars in the quarter to get better drinks, AC and live music and likely spend less - to bad tourists don't know what a awful place you're

This place rocks! Our first day we decided to try the famous hurricane… in the afternoon…let me tell you they were awesome! The staff made us feel right at home always with smiles and ready to serve! They took such good care of us that we came back every day of our trip! Our last night we decided to try the piano bar… amazing music… great ambiance. Special shout out to Don, Debra and Keitha… you guys rock! Don’t miss this place when in NOLA

I randomly ended up this place on my birthday weekend because they had IPAs and it was definitely the vibe and atmosphere that I wanted. It wasn’t that packed that night, but it was exactly what I was looking for because of the bartenders and the Absolutely amazing customer service the first night from Shane you are amazing and the other two lady’s (McKenna and Faith) that took care of my me and my girl! Y’all interaction and personalization with us definitely made me feel special in a place that is very high traffic and especially on Bourbon Street. I had so much fun, I came back the next night and I was very pleased that they remembered me and wanted to keep that experience going! I will absolutely return again as I am somebody in the hospitality industry that appreciates the customer service that you don’t expect!

We stopped in so I could have 1 drink and my wife got a cup of water on a Monday. We walked upstairs to get a better view. I had to ask for a receipt, which was a bother to him. I had 1 Tito’s and tonic and it was $17.03 plus they added automatic gratuity and I didn’t know so I left a cash tip. We left after I finished the one drink I felt like it was shady for them to avoid giving me a receipt.. and the whole interaction left me with an uneasy feeling.
