First time dining at Burbon Heat. We sat outside and it was perfect. Try the Bang Bang Shrimp! Just do it. I had chicken and sausage Gumbo with red beans and rice and a boudin egg roll. I didn't care to much for the red beans. It was a flavor issue. The Gumbo and the boudin egg roll stole the show. My friend had the same dish as myself but she had the fried fish. First time me and wife had the Hurricane and we loved it! Excellent service by bartender and the guy who was outside convincing us to come in! The Hurricane drink was awesome and we need the recipe! The locale had a nice patio and I bet it is awesome for hanging out and party! Thanks!
