We had a bit of a mishap where the tops to my gumbo order melted because of the way it was packaged. I called the owner and let her knew what happened and she immediate resolved the situation with no questions asked. She told me to come back, gave me a new order, and made sure she packaged it correctly so the tops wouldn’t melt.

Not to mention, the gumbo WAS AMAZING!!!! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything. ❤️

I woke with a taste for something local and this was it! I had a Luxe Ice Snowball and a few orders of fried fish with multiple sides. Everything was delicious and I will definitely go back to try more items on the menu.

Luxe is my new fancy snack spot. Everything was EXCEPTIONAL: the food was AMAZING; the snowball ice was soft as butter, and the customer service was welcoming. I take my food seriously, and I seriously recommend this place for quick dates, girlfriend check-ins, and family experiences. Even been twice, and I intend to go again soon.

Very warm and courteous service! Nachos are very small portions, at very inflated prices with pretty standard ingredients, and toppings. The space is small, but inviting and comfortable. Due to limited seating, be prepared to take order to go on a busy day.

Always wanted to try this place out & I’m glad I did. I ordered the Magazine Ice Crean snoball and the Seafood Flatbread.The snoball was not the best, more juice would’ve been great as the ice isn’t super soft. Now the Seafood Flatbread? AMAZING. I enjoyed every single bite of it, perfectly seasoned and delicious.The staff was super sweet and greeted me so warmly upon entering. The name really does speak for itself. The details of the branding, packaging, everything is just so cute.

Great place! My son and I visited this quaint little place in the heart of the city. The decor was on point and the atmosphere was one to remember. Music section was great and the food and luxe ice was so good. This place has only been open for about a month and has all the capabilities of being around for a long time to come. The owner has a great personality and I can feel the pride and passion in her smile. If you are looking for a place that’s new, woman owned, and has great treats that have a luxurious touch, this is the place to be. We will definitely be going back.

I really wanted to show my support for this business, but sadly, my first and only visit was quite disappointing. While the concept of using a crock pot for cooking isn't necessarily negative, the food's appearance didn't seem appetizing. The snow cones were a major letdown as they lacked any real flavor, tasting like artificially flavored sugar water poured over ice… very watered down and a nasty after taste - straight to the trash. The presentation was excessive, with an overflowed cup and unnecessary edible glitter. I can’t even comment on the piece of wedding cake as I never received it despite being advertised on the menu. So many new businesses prioritize making their products visually appealing for Instagram, but the focus should truly be on product quality over aesthetics. You can hire an influencer to attract initial customers, the real key to success lies in retaining customers through the quality of your products.
