Castle burger poboy was great. Red beans were very good, smokey, little too much rice. Fries crispy and fresh. John Daly on tap tasted more like lemonade and vodka than a John Daly it was solid though.

The Italian was lost, meat quality was decent, they forgot the pepperocinis, but mostly it needs to have separate dressing options than a traditional poboy. Nobody wants pickles and mayo on an Italian. Needs red onion, lettuce, tomato, oil and red wine vinegar,...
We have been here many times for the best PoBoys in New Orleans. However, our last visit in May of 2024 was disappointing to say the least. No waiters, paper plates, self-serve everything, much smaller shrimp on the PoBoy and the Pimento BLT PoBoy is no longer on the menu. In fact, the PoBoys just do not even taste the same any longer. New management has lost the vibe, and the menu changes are not positive. We will be going elsewhere for PoBoys from now on.
his is probably the highest level example of a fine dining po boy place in existence. I used to eat here pretty often when they first opened but now the wait and prices have gotten outrageous and there are simply too many other places to get a po boy. The prices are sometimes crazy expensive.
