I recently had the pleasure of trying the Shrimp Po' Boy at Mike Serio’s Po' Boys in New Orleans, and I must say it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was packed with perfectly cooked shrimp that were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I hadn’t ever had one, let alone heard of one. Thinly sliced meat, melted cheese and the most wonderful olive spread on smokin’ hot Italian bread.
If I had more room in me, I’d have had two. Absolutely fantastic sandwich. I’ll be back again for lunch!
