I always loved Mr.Ed but the new stuff is not nice you have to wait an hour with available tables…

Typical creole fare - gumbo, jambalaya, fried fish. I ordered red fish over rice..very big portion (gave half to my husband). Ordered side of veggies too - squash, zucchini etc. I'll be honest.,.the red beans and rice were addictive!

The venues were almost unreadable. I got chicken Ptarmigan that chicken was over cooked. Burnt outer coating covered by the sauce. The Ceasar salad was lettuce and croutons only. My friend told me it was boring in flavor.

After a few days of waiting in line for every meal in the French Quarter, getting out at Ed's was like a mirage in the desert. No wait, service was so good, and the food was even better. There is something different about Louisiana hospitality and I love it.The vibe was chill and laid back. They had plenty of the Louisiana specialties that us tourists are looking for. But let me tell you, don't pass up the potato salad. It'll put your mom's to shame. Also the roast beef po boy. Omg. The flavor and it melts in your mouth. So dang good. One of the best meals we had in NOLA. Thanks guys! Keep up the amazing work.

Food was mediocre at best. Calamari was almost invisible in portion size for the cost. It was tiny pieces of over fried batter. Crayfish bread was super salty and needed to be hotter. Onion rings were good. Waitress was no where after she took our order. Glasses were empty and had to ask the Manager, who didn't seem bothered by the lack of service, for a refill. Kenner location is better if you decide to dine at Mr Eds

The Applebees of seafood. The floors were filthy like so dirty I genuinely was concerned I would slip. I had seafood pasta and everything was so overcooked it was just mush.

Facility it self is nasty. Floor food all over it, bathroom filthy, burnt oysters, ordered seafood pasta and the shrimp and sausage pieces were smaller than the crawfish in it.

Hit up the happy hour for the best price on some amazing oysters. Get the fries with cheese and gravy and don't skip the king cake daqueri.

Placed an order to go for the crawfish bread. The server/bartender was lovely, quick, and my order was accurate. The food however was abysmal. Horrible flavor and the crawfish has a very distinct and strong fishy odor/flavor. I ended up throwing most of the food away. Terrible waste of money.
