I used Nola Crawfish King for an outdoor party we just held in June. I worked with Sophia in catering, and she could not have been more helpful. She quickly responded to all of my many emails. I wanted a crawfish/shrimp boil, and she helped with deciding what the ratio should be considering it was late in the season for crawfish.
