Chef Tasha is AMAZING! Our guests asked that we make her our official caterer - we loved all the dishes she prepared, from the mashed potatoes to the deviled eggs, from the shrimp pasta to the baked chicken, from the vegan pasta to the savory veggies. It was all so tasty! She was also super professional, arrived on time, set up quickly, and made sure we were set up for success. We will book with her again and again and again!

I hired Chef Tasha for a group dinner to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious (and plentiful)! She worked with me to make sure the menu would have plenty of options to accommodate my guests’ various dietary needs (e.g., gluten allergy, vegetarian, no pork) yet provide the full NOLA experience. The night of the dinner, she and her team were friendly and happy to talk to us about what they were making. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
