So good!!! I’ve had the gluten free pasta multiple times & highly recommend it. My main tip is to eat it while warm/ fresh. They make eating gluten free much more bearable.
This was my first time going and I had a great experience! The food was really great and the head chef, who introduced herself to me, was super kind. I will definitely be back.
Food is incredible. Would recommend 100%

Pasta on the Fly is a restaurant that offers a quick and convenient option for a flavorful bowl of quality pasta. The atmosphere and service may not be the best, but the pasta dishes are generally well-received, with options like truffle and mushroom sauce with pappardelle pasta, Alfredo, and spicy Sicilian. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even for those with dietary restrictions. While the prices may be a bit high for a to-go meal, the fresh and delicious food, including the Creole cream sauce with grilled chicken, makes it a satisfactory choice to soothe a pasta craving.
