My favorite go to restaurant whenever I'm in the Big Easy! As a travel agent, clients always want to know where they should go? Without hesitation I recommend Pier 424! The food quality and quantity never fall short of my expectations. The manager, Raymond is very personable- like your brother - and if anything is not right, he is going to make it right!!❤ Tonight, our server Heather was very efficient and had a great attitude while being busy as a bee!❤❤ Ya'll take it from a Mississippi girl and international traveler who knows good food - don't visit NOLA without stopping in to eat at Pier 424!❤❤

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible the food here is. I got the crab claw appetizer and it is probably THE MOST delicious food I have ever had. The creole sauce is absolute perfection. The claws were cooked perfectly and just completely melted in your mouth. I also got the stuffed shrimp and substituted the fries for white rice. You’re going to want to do the same. Lay down some rice, cut up the stuffed shrimp, and pour the creole sauce over. Just trust me.
Our server, Avis (so sweet!), and the new manager were so nice! They made sure we were taken care of and our service was exceedingly superb from the host to the end.
