Reviews for Mambo’s

Highly recommend the gator nachos, they were delicious. Some of the oysters were out of this world while others were so so. Crawfish etouffee was tasty but not the best we have had. The bread pudding was amazing... could not recommend it enough. Three stars are due to the service that we experienced in the restaurant. Our waitress was rather rude, and seemed annoyed when we would ask her a question. She became defensive when someone at the table believed they had ordered a full review
Visited Mambo's for dinner with my daughter on 08/06/21. We were on a mini vacation coming from Miami, Florida and this restaurant came highly recommended by a New Orleanian friend. There was a 30-minutes or more wait time to get in but the food was incredibly delicious especially the bread pudding we had for dessert. The ambience was more for a younger crowd though. There was music, people dancing provocatively in the street, and majority were not wearing a mask. I love full review

First time Nola traveler. Highly recommend this place. The outside patio is very pretty and cool. You can still experience the outside Nola life while getting a bite to eat. This was also my first time trying gator I loved it. First picture is blackened and fried. And the second picture is oysters the Mambo kind. They were excellent
