I used the app for the first time. The drive through line was long, so I went inside and the food was ready for pickup. Attendant helped me almost immediately, and all was good.

This store opened at 10am, I was in drive thru at 11:00am my fries were ice cold and the chicken sandwich was ok they put extra mayo on it ans I didn't ask for extra, the bread was so soggy from the heavy mayo. The only good thing was my strawberry lemonade and my strawberry pie.

Good chicken sandwich usually, they’re fried way too hard or they’re dry. It’s time. It was perfect.

Ordered through drive-thru. Food was cold. Sauce wasn’t in bag so wasn’t able to fully enjoy meal. Ate a few bites, threw it away.

Stopped by Popeyes around dinner time and the chicken was fresh and crispy. The seasoning was good and the fries were solid. Service was fairly quick and the staff were polite. The dining area and restroom could use a little more attention, but overall the food quality was good and it satisfied the fried chicken craving. Would come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would I go again? Sure. Chicken was solid, pretty fresh at 6pm. Fries, B+.
Red beans and rice? B- bc the rice was mildly undercooked—needed 5 minutes of cook time. As a former franchisee owner (of another brand), they had 2 rolls of paper towels just sitting in the bathroom. The TV was not on and sitting in a corner. The drink machine had its cleaning bucket on the counter. This…doesn’t surprise me. It’s NEW ORLEANS (bc even the Metairie Panera Bread looked like a war zone, lol).
The weakest part? Zero heat inside the restaurant. lol. It was 45 degrees outside and 50 degrees inside (bc no windchill). I laugh bc this again tracks with New Orleans. Crew is nice. It’s a 3 star in life (and a 3.5 star for NOLA).

There was a slight error on 1 item on the order, but it was immediately rectified w/o a problem. Staff was courteous, well spoken and timely. Seems to be a well run location.
