Minor mistake on my order but other than that everything was great

I purchased a bacon cheese chicken sandwich w/o bacon and cheese.
Went back, Ebony checked and confirmed there was no bacon and cheese but said she can't take the sandwich back. Handed me a container w/ bacon and cheese. I told them I would leave a review....here it is ladies!

This honestly the worst Popeyes I ever went to. I wish I didn't stir the rice into the beans so that everyone could see what they served me. Definitely not worth my money. Very dissatisfied

I’ve been to Popeyes from California to Istanbul, Turkey…..and this Popeyes has consistently been the most efficient and courteous of all locations. Keep up the good work!

You will wait forever. No one seems to actually work here. No one cares about your time. It needs a major staffing upgrade. Don’t bother. Go to Brothers or Krispy Krunchy.

I don’t know what is happening over at this Popeyes but they are ON IT. I walked in and literally every employee of about 7-8 all smiled and greeted me. As soon as my order was taken I heard the engine cranking in the back and I had my freshly dropped order in 3 minutes. Everyone looked happy to be there and ready to work and I was happier leaving then when I walked in. Great job I’ll be back soon!

Store is nice and pretty. But the ppl that work for the store has terrible customer service. Lobby closes at nightfall when the store clearly closes at 11pm on weekdays, 12am on weekends.

Was forced to Uber eats my order and NOTHING I ORDERED was in my bag. And no receipt. Only prove I have is the under eats transaction.

Aye POPEYES!!!! If ya employee don’t want to work. FIND SOME NEW ONES. Otherwise sooner or later that location will lose in profits and won’t be anymore good to the community
