Not the staffs fault, but the automated order system is flawed. No way to change the order after the total is given, it doesnt repeat what was ordered, the speak to team member command is broken, and by the time you get to the window, your food is already made and it's too late to change it. The automated ordering system also can't tell you if theyre out of something when youre ordering.

Never again here!!!! Fries were super cold and burger made wrong. Then when we went back to ask to get it fixed manager gets attitude because they serving cold fries and burger was incorrectly made. This is the reason money is lost and employees are hurt for being nasty. Drive thru and computer taking orders wrong we order a #1 & #2 with American cheese not the cheese that comes on it, my husband wanted his money back because of the ugly attitude.

I ordered on line. 8/5 around 8:00pm. Got to restaurant and line wrapped around building. Gentlemen came to the window and said " I am sorry your order is not ready sir, I am working by myself. The food came out in a timely fashion fresh and hot. I do not know the gentlemen's name but Wow he deserves a raise employee of month something. Great job you lone ranger.
