Definitely a touristy place to grab a drink but what's not on Bourbon Street? Only grabbed a slushie drink and the server was really friend and chatted with is for a while. It was mid-day so less of a crowd compared to the evening likely. Surprised by all the reviews about the negative service but the one person working there was friendly and made lots of small talk.
If you want a non-alcoholic drink, this is your spot. For as much as they charge you'd expect a strong drink.

Don’t go here for the pizza. $10 a slice
came in starving and this place was so gross that i couldn’t even take two bites. got 2 slices of the worst pizza i’ve ever had for $21?!?! tried to offer it to a stranger but it was so bad that they didn’t want it either, just had to trash it. prices weren’t listed anywhere, the dough tasted microwaved, and the cheese tasted like it had been sitting out all day (or three). should have known to avoid it when it was the only empty place on bourbon during a festival… do yourself a favor and close down, NOLA has way too much good food for this nonsense

2 mediocre school cafeteria pizza slices for $20. Worst tasting piece of crap ever.

Felt like a copy of a dozen other spots on the street. The pizza was disappointing and overpriced, and the staff seemed uninterested. Also, it is cashless only.

Really rude staff, making fun of you and ignoring you. And I even left a tip.

I am not a drinker, my husband and I decided to stop in. Talia at the 401 Bourbon Street made it so worth it. Her smile says it all…

Can't say if the drinks are good or not. Stood around while the two employees just looked at me. One was behind the little pizza widow and scowled at me for whatever she was doing behind the glass. The second employee was talking on her cell phone and turned her back to me and kept on talking. You would not believe how many places on Bourbon St sell daquiries- and which one I DIDN'T buy a daquiri at. Go somewhere other than this place - this place SUX!

Mario is genuinely the best bartender I’ve ever met. He’s personable, warm, and effortlessly kind. No matter how busy it gets, he handles everything with such calm and grace. Watching him work, you can see how much he cares about every guest. Daiquiri is lucky to have him.

Definitely buy a slushy at any other bar. The service couldn’t be ruder or less interested in your business. Take your money elsewhere.

Corner bar with terrible $30 daquiris. Insanely overpriced. Do not go.
