“We came for the game opener of the season, Pelicans versus the Knicks. Entry was fairly simple. They had a line for those with bags to clear thru security and another for the bagless entrants. After the security check they scan your ticket and direct you to the left or right to find your section. There were many good options for food and drinks and of course Smoothie King was one. We had chicken tenders, fries, popcorn, sausage nachos, pizza and various drinks. There was even a Hennessy section. The stadium is nice and huge. They had free shorts on each seat for fans. The game was fun to watch and the crowd was so lively. Can't comment on parking.“

“This is my favorite smoothie king the people are friendly and They make the best vegan mango kale smoothie out of them all. I have tried didn’t smoothie kings I’m none of them taste good to me and a medicine after taste I can’t explain it but no theirs is always good“

“This Smoothie King is attached to The Parks Health and Fitness. Good move Smoothie King! It's very clean, brightly lit, and the employees are always attentive and efficient. There's a shared parking lot, and I've always been able to find a spot. They offer lots of options, so you could go with low cal, high protein, high cal, etc. They offer gobs of flavors, so chances are you'll find something you love. Today I had a Slim and Trim Chocolate. For a low cal option it was delicious! You'd never know it was low cal. My only minus is the prices. It's not that the serving sizes aren't generous, but I don't need anything even as big as the small some days. I wish you could order any of their smoothies in the kids' size. It would be plenty big enough for a post workout treat, and with a more reasonable price.“

“When you are in Ochsners Hospital and order on the app for the smoothie king inside the hospital the app boots the order to this location without giving the option of keeping the hospital location. The girl working at the hospital location is aware of this happening and doesn’t care. She told me to go across the street even though I explained that I could not leave the hospital. Told me to Google the address and insinuated I should know the addresses of the locations. Told her I was from out of state and never been here before. Told me to call them and cancel the order. I called and at first was told it couldn’t be done. I explained what happened and was told just to tell the hospital location that I already paid. Explained that they didn’t care and charged me a second time. The man took my number, called his boss and called back to say they would refund the first charge. That was very nice. To avoid this happening to others they need to fix the app to stop it booting to the other location.“

“I am a first-time customer of Smoothie King and I asked Jim what is the most popular drink in here. He told me everyone always asks for the Hulk and then asked do I wanted a medium I told him no I’ll take a small because it's my first time. I chose to mix it with strawberries I regret not taking the medium or even large because it was really good it was like heaven in a cup ? the entire staff was professional“

“Made a visit to Smoothie King on St Charles nice location well kept store employees are polite but my order was wrong and all of the PB swizzle in return I'm not sure what I got I noticed Swizzle include strawberries I received none in the smoothie that was at the bottom was very liquidy as if it was over processed I had some type of reddish type of dried fruit I believe or something that I did not expect to be on the swizzle was disappointed cuz my mouth was ready for what I ordered nevertheless I continued home I was on a Time crunch.“

“My local neighborhood Smoothie King. This location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. They have all the smoothies I know and love plus they are always staffed with two dependable workers taking orders and grinding out my smoothie orders within seconds of me ordering.“

“Walking towards the food court, I found a $5 bill on the floor. First the Saints win against the Bears, then I find money on the floor. Score! Ordered 2 smoothies: 20 oz Mango Kale & Pineapple Surf. The employee said it was cash only (apparently something wrong with cash registers. A technician was onsite to repair them). The employee was by herself and there was a line of 5 parties in back of us. The employee was kind, courteous and had a smile on her face. Customers didn't have to wait long for their smoothies. My mango kale smoothie was tasty, not overly sweet and deliciously icy on a hot November Day. We seated ourselves outside at a table facing the Mississippi River. We always patronize this location and will return on our next visit to NOLA. Geaux Saints!“

“I had the pleasure to be helped by Lionel today. I have been wanting to express my experiences with this location. It's very clean, worker's seem to get along well as well as organized and friendly. Keep up the great work. Today I ordered an Island Impact which is so delicious.“

“Me and my Lil brother came thru the line and ordered a med banana boat and a small banana berry treat and a large pineapple surf and these were the only smoothies we ordered from here that wasn't watery. The 2 ladies Trell and D'marie had our smoothies made real quick we was out in like 4 minutes any other day we're sitting in drive thru for 10 minutes or better. Keep it up ladies.“

“The staff was super friendly and helpful, and made me laugh. One young man suggested The Hulk, and I enjoyed it. The music was good. Just a great environment when I stopped in stressed from going to the dr, it was a really nice break from life. Give the staff bonuses!“

“I LOVE NOLA cuisine but it was hard to find a variety of good fruit and vegetable options on the menu at most places, even a salad. When we did order salads there was lack luster romaine lettuce and some sorry tomatoes. Cue Smoothie King which saved our digestive tracks! Praises!!“

“Smoothie King offers a plethora of options. Whether you want a pick me up, to slim down or a great food alternative, they have it all. I had a Pure Recharge (Mango Strawberry) today and the service was stellar. Eddy was exceptional. I told him I have food allergies and he immediately grabbed an allergy specific blender. I had no idea they existed and this is not my first time mentioning my allergies. He also reminded me of the app, which I had to download again. Glad I did, as I had rewards to redeem. Kudos to Eddy for taking my food allergy allergy with such a level of concern. It's truly appreciated.“

“So this was my first Smoothie King experience and I was pretty surprised. It is more on the health conscious side- my man thought it was another daiquiri place, fyi no alcohol is served here. Lots of whey protein options, so it reminds me of a gym smoothie bar. There are LOTS of options but I’m not sure if they have any non whey protein options. I will have to try a all fruit or green smoothie. This place reminds me of. Jamba Juice except more creamy smoothies/protein focused. I kindof wish it had the options for wheatgrass shots like Jamba did. Although, I’m not sure how well it would sell here?“

“Service is a mixed bag. Some of the staff are happy to be working, the others were not pleased and appeared to be sulking away. the smoothie was flavourful and delicious nonetheless. Not very crowded but they could honestly tone down the blaring music in the store. Love the wide variety of drinks available. The menu is clear to read. Not sure if I'll come back to this outlet again.“

“This place is super close and convenient for me, within walking distance to my home in Mid-City.They have generous servings, the middle size is 32 Oz, perfect.They have an extensive menu, I went with the immune-builder with sweet strawberries, delicious. So good I opted for it 2 days in a row.Would definitely return many times over, the service is attentive and friendly.“
