Never seen worst station than this. I was 20m earlier to my bus and the officer said that the bus is delayed. However, the bus was on time and he didn't inform me. Therefore, I missed it and had to stay another day in NOLA. Therefore I also had to book another stay for the night and to suffer the costs of the hotel of my next destination. The officer just ignored me after I told him about it.

Very clean with a lot of vending and seating. They're also a subway and a gift shop!

This was my first train experience. I’ll start out by saying my train was delayed 4 hours. That I get has nothing to do with the station HOWEVER it was very hard to understand what was being said. We were in Grand Hall and everything just echoed. I relied on bits and pieces of information from others. There is not much information posted around about train status. It’s not like the airport where there’s digital screens with update information everywhere. Which meant we had to keep checking our phones which was okay TILL 1 hour turned into 2 then 3 then 4. By this time my phone was dead (started at 75) so I grabbed my charger but couldn’t not find an outlet. I was told we could use a kiosk to rent charging time but I declined. Maybe it’s my fault for expecting a better experience seeing as I’ve never ridden a train but overall I give it a 3 . I’ll prob just stick to flying.Side note: like most places some of the staff was really nice and some were just rude.

On Saturday, we celebrated my nephew's 3rd birthday on train 20 from NOLA to Slidell. I have to admit; I dreaded the thought. When our train was called to board, we met Mr. Philip. He had a smile on his face that made our day. He had an excitement and a smile and suck a positive spirit, it took our experience to the next level. I pray he is recognized, appreciated, and advanced by Amtrak for his dedication to his customers.

Beautiful place. Part of what makes train travel so enjoyable with its own mystique

We have to say that this station was clean, nice, orderly, very spacious and is shared by Amtrak and Greyhound,

Clean and orderly station, a pleasure to pass through on way home to NYC. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the Amtrak Magnolia room while waiting for the Crescent to board.

Would not recommend to anybody took a 31 hour trip then were stuck after 13 Hours They don't try to make it up to their customers or nothing for the inconvenience we'll never ride again on Amtrak

Parking for weekend stay in Narleanis 87.00 to expensive, otherwise train ride was great and arrived safely and ahead of time

I hadn't been in the passenger terminal in a bit... normally I'm here picking up friends who have taken a bus or a train into New Orleans and now it's also where you catch the megabus in/out of the city. I recently opted to take a bus to a nearby city rather than drive (and got complemented on my environmentalism, ha!)Still love the vintage murals. There's a snackshop and fast good place. And it's great for people watching. My friend who came to get me was able to park out front with no problem and all and all it was an easy stress free trip.

They need to work on getting the trains in and out on time. Seems to be a Nola thing that there are such delays. We won't be going out of new Orleans again

This place is full of ghetto people and the only security was a young, obese lady. It was clean but I couldn't wait to board the train so I could leave this place. I used to take the train several times a year between New Orleans and Jackson. Both cities have turned into 3rd world dumps.
