We chose this place to enjoy eating on the terrace but I didn't like the bill. I was already served a dish more expensive than what I had ordered ($27 instead of $19!) but I didn't realize it right away because both dishes were based on shrimp; too bad for me. On the other hand, being charged $5 more for the burger than on the menu is unacceptable. Obviously, I claimed and the bill was corrected but if I hadn't said anything, hello scam!

The food here is mediocre at best.Service was not bad. But overall it seems like everyone that works there has given up.The brown butter gnocchi was literally swimming in butter and drowned in walnuts. Apparently pecans and walnuts are the same thing. Really disappointing.Had the Tournedo Rossini as a main. Asked for medium rare. Got a grey hunk of tenderloin. The mushrooms were soggy and flavorless. Even the fois was kinda tasteless. Not sure who Dickie Brennan is but if I were him I would remove my name from this restaurant stat. It's embarassing.

I would not go here ever again. Was given a gift card to try it out. Most of the staff seemed depressed and “out of it” for a nice way of putting it. Ordered food and it was not anywhere near the taste or quality of what the reviews were stating. They were not even serving half of the items found on their online website menu. The location is fine and easy to get to being in the middle of the French quarter, but if you are looking for a “fine dining” experience…do not waste your time.

The best thing about this place is the location. The server kept disappearing for 10+ minutes at a time. “I’ll return and we can talk about the menu”. What? They were not busy, so not sure what that was continually all about. The “crab claws” were so small and had hardly any meat on them. They also were the smallest part of the claw…so that was a choice. The étouffée was just ok. It needed seasoning in the worst way.The chicken tableau was alright. Nothing to be excited about or love.Overall, everything was just ok. Skip this place and visit a smaller establishment with better food and prices.

We had dinner here on Wednesday eve. We had reservations, it was crowded but not overly booked. The atmosphere, service, and food were awesome. Highly recommended. It was a bit loud in the dining room. We all enjoyed our appetizers and entrees. You won’t leave disappointed.Parking: Take an Uber or walk.

Caleb was a phenomenal waiter, friendly and attentive to our party of 6 with recommendations when asked. The food was wonderfully prepared, and the wine spot on.

We sat outside on the balcony which is our favorite spot as we can enjoy our meal and people watch at the same time. We had the gulf shrimp for an appetizer and the Tableau Chicken for our main dish and both were delicious. They also provided dessert for my birthday free of charge. Highly recommend.

A little disappointed that the truffle crab claws were cold. However, the tarte a la bouille was AWESOME!! As was JAMES our server. He made this experience unforgettable and we will come back requesting him!! Tableau is lucky to have him on staff!!!

Food was wonderful, service was great. Nothing to improve on. We had the much better food and experience than we had at another restaurant in this same restaurant group, the Bourbon House. The total price was the same, but the quality was worlds apart.

Server was pleasant and accommodating, however, other than truffle crab claws app, the food was unexpectedly poor. Filet and mushrooms were not as described on menu, no flavor or seasoning. Considering it's a Brennan's establishment in a phenomenal location, the food should be much better than it is.

Lovey

Waiter was great, very conscious of our making the theatre on time. The fish was great, but the string beans were a lil under cooked. Overall the atmosphere was wonderful and a perfect location for parking and the theatre.
