We had the tofu satay to start with a peanut ginger sauce. Tofu was nice and crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Beware the spicy factor for the sauce, it sneaks up on you! Main course was the tofu curry, one of the dishes the chef won best of vegan for. Great blend of flavors, not your typical green curry, but again watch out for the heat, this one was SPICY! I would definitely come back! We had the green curry, eggplant, and tofu appetizer — all packed with outstanding flavor. Don’t miss the Thai iced tea, it’s so good! The eggplant was especially unique, fried like a blooming onion — crispy, flavorful, and unlike any other I’ve had. Even if you’re not usually an eggplant fan, this dish will change your mind!
I stumbled upon here after a long travel delay day hoping they might have some vegan options, turned out they had an entire vegan menu and the chef has won vegan chef awards!!! Absolutely delicious and creative menu, bursting with flavor.
And shoutout to Jessica who was working there, a great vibe with great people, highly recommend!!
