Every month, I drive the 216 miles from Houston, Texas down I-10 to Scott, Louisiana to Billy's. Food as always is good and Excellent Customer Service. This month, I decided to have Billys for Thanksgiving Dinner. I ordered what I always order, a dozen of pepper jack balls, a dozen of pepper jack wraps, a dozen of links and this time, I added a dozen of shrimp 🍤 boudain balls. We were traveling thru and I read about boudin and more importantly how Billy’s was fantastic. We never had boudin as we’re from the north! I will say Billy’s is a must stop even if not staying in the area. We brought a bunch home. Used the leftover crawfish boudin from the night before with scrambled eggs the next morning! It’s my new favorite breakfast item now!
Great food, but absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Slow, uncourteous, incompetent service with very little care about it. Please hire an operations manager and stop operating your business like it’s 1924. It’s 2024, time to become efficient and stop running this like a popsicle stand.
