Had some of them Mud bugs for the last time this year. Omg them things was a hit. Season to perfection and a good average size. Guys go eat at Eddie’s. Oh the corn was hotttttttt spicy hotttt

Without a doubt, the BEST crawfish in Opelousas! I've tried many crawfish places in the Opelousas area, probably all of them, and Eddie's is the ONLY one that has never disappointed. The crawfish are always fresh, seasoned to perfection, and large, and the staff is always friendly!
