“The best restaurant in Plaquemine hands down. I was working in Plaquemine for a year i happened to run across this hidden gem. As a female travel alone I felt safe going in there by myself. It's a great atmosphere. The bartenders are awesome. The local are super friendly. The owner a great guy and wonderful cook. Must try out steak night. It does have a touch tones jukebox so you can pick out your own music while your eating or drinking. If your in Plaquemine go check it out.“

“Walked in - sat down for ten minutes watched every bartender walk by me, then Joelle Saw me and I swear to god she saved this whole review. She was so kind and so awesome I was happy to have her as my bartender she got all my drinks so quickly and is just the bomb.com ! It’s was clearly a sign!“

“Mykala is by far one of the funnest servers we've had. She explained the BINGO game the servers were playing for Tini Tuesday and we were more than happy to oblige and play the game. Everyone that comes here should request Mykala as their server.“

“I travel for a living and have tried Thai food basically everywhere. Very hard to get good Thai food these days. Highly recommend this place. Was greeted by the owner, super cool and inviting guy. Server was great. Food was really really good. (Pad Thai/pad seew) and atmosphere was incredible, clean restaurant. Nick was a great server.“

“Absolutely wonderful establishment!! The food was wonderful, the frozen drinks were the best, and the owner/gm was the nicest human in the world! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who will be in Baton Rouge! Such a fun experience!“
“Damn, what a spot. For game day there is no better place than right here at Fred's. What a great time. The bartender Mathew took awesome care of us and he ran the bar like a boss. How can it get any better when the big man himself is on the grill cooking all the steaks and his wife is keeping it straight on when you get your food. Great times and look forward to going back every time on game day.“

“Hey as an alcohol....I mean an alcohol Connoisseur, I can say we may hold these truths, not all daiquiri places are created equal.Spanks has to be one of my all time favorites! Out side of their long menu of different flavors and choices, the staff will help you with a drink of your own! My favorite drink at this location HAS TO BE the Victoria’s Secret. Think of a strawberry pina colada. It’s littt, with Three Ts. If you see me there ordering 4 to go, mind ya business, but say what’s up.“
