So, I'm not explicitly saying I am a bbq snob, but unless I'm home (Texas), KC, or Carolina, I typically won't even try a place. Took my daughter and wife to TJ's tonight for their birthday! I won't say how old my wife is but my daughter turned 21. The food was good as usual. We hadn't been to TJ's since they closed the one in Prairieville. What really made the evening was our waiter Trent. Trent went above and beyond to make our dinner exceptional.
