“I've been getting daiquiris from this establishment for a few months now, so here's my take.They are, without a doubt, the strongest daiquiris in the Parish. However, this unfortunately doesn't make them suitable for everyone. If you don't like them super strong, they aren't for you. But if that's your preference, enjoy as we do. You definitely get your money's worth, and the cash only option doesn't bother us at all. CVS has an ATM which is in the same parking lot.As for the atmosphere inside, we haven't spent much time inside other than to order.Truthfully, its your stereotypical dive bar, smokey, dark, and dungeon-like. “No doubt in my mind, the Gulf Coast has amazing seafood, and the Fiery Crab is just another example. We had a large party (10) and ordered the platter and some sides of fried fish and sides of Cajun and Sweet Potato fries. The platter served was lobster tails, mussels, crawfish, gulf shrimp, royal red shrimp, crab clusters, blue crabs, sausage corn on the cob and boiled eggs. Each of the items was very good. The only suggested change would be to place the corn into the boil last so it does not cook as long.The only challenge was the service. The server had too many people in her service area.“

“Not a drinker, but I came here bc of a recommendation for another local business to try their burgers. Got their regular cheeseburger and some fries. The hamburger was seasoned to perfection and the fries are just the right crinkle fries. Not too soft and not hard. The employees were very nice and got my order out quick. I did see a bunch of people that came for drinks and to hangout so I can imagine people like coming for the atmosphere. Come check it out.“

It was dart night so there was a bunch of people came in around 6:00 pm but between 5 and 6 pm it was rather quiet and we had a pizza and cheese sticks. Both food items were really good. “I've been to loft 18 multiple times before, but when I started coming to Trivia Wednesdays I found a reason to return every Wednesday. I had the most wonderful waitress I've ever had wait on me at any bar or restaurant in my entire life. Her name is Angelle and she deserves a raise. She remembers my drink orders and gives the most amazing entree recommendations. Anytime my drink gets close to being empty there she is asking if I'd like another. “Quickly became my go-to place for daiquiris! Great flavor variety…always tasty and perfectly strong without too harsh an alcohol flavor. The price is right, and I love the daily specials they offer. The gals bartending are always friendly and fast in the drive-thru, although I’ve personally never been inside. I will say, the drive-thru can be a bit stressful during busier times since there is not much room for a line so it can spill out onto the street. I take every out-of-town visitor here, and it’s definitely a top request when they visit again. I am moving out of River Ridge soon, but I will be making the quick drive from Metairie whenever I have a daiquiri hankering!“
