“Recently i ate at Applebee's ( one funny thing is when I 1st heard of the restaurant I thought it was a pastry shop ) but I found out it was a full on restaurant. I have eatten here before and recently when I visited I got the special (which I hope they keep ) bourbon st ribeye and shrimp that comes with mashed potatoes. It was very good , very tasty and came to my table smoking hot , excellent, was a great meal for the price .wait staff was very friendly , inside decor is very nice and welcoming , and alot of free parking outside the restaurant.
Update . Last time I was there , on the western side of the restaurant there was a awful smell of like sewage on the side of the building with water water or something running down along the building . I cant see going there now to eat and having to smell this before and after dining here , Applebee's yall need to fix this issue , at the very least its a health issue and that alone is enough of a problem.“

“Love this place great people to hang around bartender is wonderful and on key. Doorman politis person I've ever dealt with in Louisiana. He definitely gives the term Southern hospitality it's true meaning great guy. Definitely would recommend to friends.

“After my second visit, I was hooked. An extremely innovative menu, friendly and efficient service with a chill vibe. Just met the owner, he was bussing tables and wiping down countertops. Luke Mendez is an owner to be respected. The food is stellar and worth every penny you pay.Just remember to tip graciously.“

“Great spot, one of my absolute favorites in NOLA. Meghan is incredible and always takes good care of my group when I’m in! I also went for the first time on a Friday afternoon recently and found out that they make a special lemon garlic butter that they put on steaks and stuff, only available on Fridays. I ordered a tuna steak and they put that on there, oh my. Will definitely be back for lunch next time I’m in town.“

“Never had a bad experience at the spotlight. In fact the very first time I went in for lunch the server made a lasting impression on me with her hospitality skills and judging service to all. “Came to Stallion bar last Friday for a Karaoke night. Absolutely great location, the horseshoe-shaped bar, decorations, pool tables, drink selections (Long Drink) were all great.
