They're very willing and patient to answer questions, and this is easily the best fried rice in atleast a 50 mile radius. The honey walnut was excellent. “How is this place not constantly packed with people is beyond me. The best Japanese cuisine in the Hammond/Ponchatoula area. The prices are reasonable. Our family favourite are the snow crab salad (no crunchy), chicken hibachi w/noodles, clear soup, New Orleans roll and a chicken fried rice. The sushi has yet to disappoint. We tried kyoto around 2018. Never had a wrong order or bad food. The inside is small but we always order to go.“
