“We ordered pick up. When we arrived our order was wrong. The young man fixed it quick and 10 minutes later we had the right order and some free breadsticks. Mistakes happen, its how we correct the mistake that matters and this young man had great customer service.“

“My husband and I went last night for an early Valentines dinner. We loved the small, yet quaint dining room, the atmosphere was perfect, the playlist for the background music was on point, Zack was our waiter and he was top notch. The food was AMAZING!! It is my new favorite date night restaurant. The new owners are very friendly and they are hands on. 10/10“

“A few of our African Violet group members took a day trip from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to attend the Louisiana Lagniappe African Violet Show and Sale. I moved from BR 9 years ago, and realized that the deli was in a great location near our destination. We were greeted by two very kind young ladies! We receive prompt, friendly service and a delicious lunch! I had the pasta salad, which was wonderful! Two of my friends got the lasagna, and they enjoyed it too! Thank you for such a great dining experience! My friends all enjoyed it too!“

“I walked in as part of a large group but the workers very quickly took our orders and had the pizza out in just minutes. Very impressed with their efficiency
Matt and Jamar very thoroughly welcomed us in and served with a smile while having some pleasant conversation about our plans for the day and whatnot. (not the fake kind of obligatory customer service small talk)
While the food was excellent, the customer service from those two stood out the most.
If I owned or managed this place I’d made sure to do what I can to hold onto those guys. They represent your business very well.

“It’s good pizza…not earth shattering The service and smiles are great to see. Prices are fair. If I could suggest one thing, change the hamburger/beef topping. The pieces of beef are very small and dry. Please go for bigger portions regarding that. The Mike’s Hot Honey and pizza combo is terrific.“

“Every time we visit Reginelli's in Baton Rouge, we are never disappointed. We have been going for years. Tj was our sever the last few times and he has been awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and a super waiter. The food is also been really god. We do miss the outside tables that was once there, but we understand the reasoning behind it. Thanks for being in Baton Rouge.“

“For a drive-through calzone place, it’s honestly not bad. I went in with pretty low expectations, and it ended up being better than I thought it would be.
This is definitely the kind of spot that makes sense after a night out or when you just want something quick, hot, and filling. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll probably enjoy it.
That said, if you come here expecting a gourmet experience, you’re probably going to be disappointed. It’s not fancy, but for what it is, it does the job.“

Our waiter Brian L. was really courteous and attentive, even though he was working by himself (as a cashier+waiter), he managed to take care of all his customers with a smile on his face, he made sure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. “The food was very good. We did have to wait a while for the waitress to check on us and to get refills. Also the night we went there was only 3 people in the restraint besides the staff. They stood around the bar talking and conversating. One girls was actually doing things and working the others were just standing and talking.“
