“We had a big order. They forgot part of our order. It was a busy night. The person at the window apoligized and prepared the rest of our food. For the inconvienince we got a free drink. I appreciate how amazing the staff was. Mistakes happen and its normal especially on a busy night. It all depends how the situation is handled. I really recommend this location.“

“I’ve been coming to this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on my lunch break pretty regularly over the past 8 months, and if I’m being honest, my experiences haven’t always been the best. But I love Popeyes, so I keep coming back hoping for a good visit—and this time, they got it right.

The girl working the drive-thru window today was outstanding. She was quick, friendly, and super efficient. She made a point to tell me, “Here’s your food, let me grab your drink,” and even let me know my sauce was already in the bag so I didn’t have to double check. That kind of attention to detail goes a long way.

One thing I’ve noticed before is when the chicken tenders are really small, it can feel a little disappointing for what you pay. But today, they clearly paid attention—there were a couple smaller tenders, so they added an extra one. That did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated.

Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. No complaints at all this time.

Whoever was working the window today deserves some recognition—great customer service like that makes all the difference and is the reason I’ll keep coming back.“
