“I had a great experience at this Popeyes. I ran into an issue with my Uber Eats order, but the managers were extremely helpful and went out of their way to resolve it. They even offered me a free meal for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated.

Every time I come in, the staff makes me feel welcome. The environment is nice, clean, and well-maintained, and everyone is friendly and professional. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to—highly recommend!“

“This Popeyes on Canal is a disaster. If you go in and it's busy at all, just leave. I appreciated the employees, but whoever owns this franchise property needs to wake up and give their business a little care. I don't think a person should be allowed to own a business if they aren't on site running it.“

“Stopped by Popeyes around dinner time and the chicken was fresh and crispy. The seasoning was good and the fries were solid. Service was fairly quick and the staff were polite. The dining area and restroom could use a little more attention, but overall the food quality was good and it satisfied the fried chicken craving. Would come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Ashanta and Desteny went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer, I ordered online and my food smelled and taste burnt but Desteny was trying to make it right she went and got Ashanta to come and talk to me she said I can come back and she would make sure that everything I ordered was fresh and it also tasted amazing I would recommend both of their customer service because both Ashanta and Desteny did an amazing job making sure I would leave as a satisfied customer“

“Amazing service amazing employees didn't take me long to get my order at all I see between a good three to five minutes I have 14 pieces of chicken two large sides which was two large red beans seven biscuits holding the chicken was definitely spicy and dark just how I like it overall I will visit Popeyes as often as I can I wish on the work there I've tried so many times but no matter which Popeye's I apply at down here in New Orleans I just can't seem to get hired but I love the service the food and employees I personally think the owners of Popeyes should give the employees on 4480 chef menteur highway I think they should give all the employees a raise they work very hard and very fast and very respectable even though they have long lines they still deliver your food on time That's my experience Popeyes thank you again“

Chicken Sandwich tasted like yesterday & I ordered 2PC Mild and at first I received Hot Hny, told them that was wrong then I received 1 Mild & 1 Spicy AFTER telling them that I couldn't have Spicy food, didn't tell them why but I'm still recovering from stomach surgery that I received on 7/14/20. After 2 bites I realized, a spicy thigh was deliberately placed in my order. With the exception of the Sweet Tea, the whole order was WRONG! Red Beans was with my order & I ordered Cajun Rice. No one's name is on the receipt it only says Host: Mgr 60261. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER GOTTEN FROM FAST FOOD EVER IN MY LIFE, VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!“
