It treats regulars like family and very friendly to others. I don't eat there regularly but it had stuck out as a "favorite" spot to me for the guest I've seen there. Even had warm welcomes that were different than most fast-food places.

The restaurant is popular, with a drive-thru still busy after 10 pm on weeknights. On a different occasion, a delivery order was missing an item, but the issue was promptly resolved by an exceptional employee, Ms. LOR, who made sure the order was corrected.
