“Service here was impeccable. The manager on duty named Roger was so nice and very helpful. The workers on duty were not slacking they made sure to get the orders out in the drive thru and on the inside as well. The food was so hot, delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend this Popeye's if you're in the area. Restroom was very clean and tidy.“
“Chicken was fresh out the grease HOT ? services was great. Since covid19 I only go here if I'm the 2nd or only car in the drive thru. No one wants to work any more. So with a shortage of employees everywhere, it takes longer and my patience isn't that long. Not on the business but me.“
“Went to this location on yesterday and the store was so fresh and presentably clean. My biggest pet peeves are restaurants that never wiped down anything but constantly cook peoples food. The service was great as well. I hope they keep this up because it is highly valued and appreciated!“
“I just came from the drive thru at 11am; and by far the best service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Those ladies are killing it!! First time I've been upsaled a large meal, and I'm happy to have done it!! If you want the best service, come to this location; you won't be disappointed.“

“Popeyes was closed and I explained that my family forgot my food, and the manager knew it was not there fault and I had not paid for my food she said she was going to make it and had me wait a normal time for them to cut everything back on and had my food hot and ready with out charging me. This was awesome where else can you go and some one do something like this and it’s not even the restaurant or employees fault!!! This was the Central Popeyes on Wax Road 70818 location and the Manager was very professional and polite to me.“
“This is, in my opinion, the best Popeyes in BR. The staff is always super friendly to me, I mainly get to go but the bathrooms are always clean and the food is always, ALWAYS on point! I mainly get the 5-piece blackened chicken and it’s the juiciest chicken ever. Their biscuits are NEVER dry and the mashed potatoes and gravy….. I need that gravy recipe STAT. Y’all always brighten my day every time I see y’all! Keep up the good work and I appreciate how much you guys care for the customer!“

“I was skeptical going to this Popeyes but it was on my route, I was starving and the Popeyes in PA is trash. To my surprise, my visit was nothing short of a 5 star rating. They promptly took my order, I didn’t have to back up to restart their timer, the employee at the window was warm and friendly and my food was ready AND HOT!!! ??? This Popeyes provided exceptional food and service. While this was only one visit, a win is a win. I’ll take another chance on them!“

“In the past three months I have noticed the customer service at the Jones Creek location is TOP TIER!! It’s always been good but whatever changed it to make it exceptional is WELCOMED! The service is fast and the employees are extremely personable and friendly. My food is always hot and fresh, NO CAP!! I had an absolutely fantastic visit to Popeyes Chicken tonight, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to the General Manager, Ms. Krystal. Her customer service is always top-tier — welcoming, professional, and truly made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience.
The food was incredibly fresh — piping hot, perfectly seasoned, and served quickly. Everything tasted like it just came out of the GREASE, and it was hands-down some of the best Popeyes I’ve had!
The restaurant itself was spotless, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Clean dining area, clean counters, and even the bathrooms were in great shape — it really reflects the pride and leadership of Ms. Krystal and her team.
If you're looking for great food, exceptional service, and a clean, friendly atmosphere, this Popeyes location (O'Neal Lane) is doing it right. I’ll definitely be back!
