“Went to this location on yesterday and the store was so fresh and presentably clean. My biggest pet peeves are restaurants that never wiped down anything but constantly cook peoples food. The service was great as well. I hope they keep this up because it is highly valued and appreciated!“
“This is, in my opinion, the best Popeyes in BR. The staff is always super friendly to me, I mainly get to go but the bathrooms are always clean and the food is always, ALWAYS on point! I mainly get the 5-piece blackened chicken and it’s the juiciest chicken ever. Their biscuits are NEVER dry and the mashed potatoes and gravy….. I need that gravy recipe STAT. Y’all always brighten my day every time I see y’all! Keep up the good work and I appreciate how much you guys care for the customer!“

“Food tastes good as always, whenever you finally get it. The service here is painfully slow. That can be overlooked in my eyes though, the main problem is that they never have anything made. I have lived in st.amant for the past 14 years and STILL have not been able try the redbeans and its like a 10% chance that they even have spicy chicken. Oh and its a 50/50 on if I have explosive bathrooms breaks after I eat from this location

“I placed an online order and i must say that the Door dasher came back with the wrong food. I immediately called and spoke with the manager. When i tell you as pleasant and attentive as she was i could not even be mad. This lady went above and beyond to make sure she personally came to deliver my dad’s food to our home! Thank God for Ms. Carlean… she is always so warm and welcoming when i visit Greenwell Springs! love her to death! Need more managers like her!“

“Me and my friend came here around 8:30 pm on 04/03 and the man in the window was the nicest man we’ve ever met in our lives. He just had a bright spirit about him and seemed like he was a good person. The receipt said his name was Reginald. Not sure if that was him or not. He was black and had tattoos on his neck. Anyways he was extremely nice and I will go back to this Popeyes just to get service from him again. He gave like chik fil a level of service. Literally had the brightest smile.“

I had an absolutely fantastic visit to Popeyes Chicken tonight, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to the General Manager, Ms. Krystal. Her customer service is always top-tier — welcoming, professional, and truly made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience.
The food was incredibly fresh — piping hot, perfectly seasoned, and served quickly. Everything tasted like it just came out of the GREASE, and it was hands-down some of the best Popeyes I’ve had!
The restaurant itself was spotless, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Clean dining area, clean counters, and even the bathrooms were in great shape — it really reflects the pride and leadership of Ms. Krystal and her team.
If you're looking for great food, exceptional service, and a clean, friendly atmosphere, this Popeyes location (O'Neal Lane) is doing it right. I’ll definitely be back!
