She was handling online orders, drive thru orders and customers in the lobby. She never once showed any signs of being stressed out. She was very pleasant with everyone during the rush.“

“Food is always fantastic and the service is excellent! I love that they always have nice dog treats on hand to give to our pups (who LOVE to go through their drive through!) The shrimp po-boys are one of our favorite “comfort meals” and while the line can be very long when they have dinner specials (!!), it is always worth it. Snowballs are good, too! The “frequent customer” program could use some tweaks; some employees seem unfamiliar that it even exists and while I have signed up for it, using it is problematic. Very small complaint though for an otherwise fabulous little place to get food from!“

I've tried other food services it's a hit or miss. This is my 3rd time in a month and all 3 where outstanding! “This location is my local store and favorite. The employees are always polite and courteous. The customer service is great. As a whole the staff is great. I was a very frequent customer here and Ms. Caitlyn and Mr. Jay as well as a few others even go as far as to ask how my day is and make my experience even that much more pleasurable. The food is always hot and delicious. They are quick and convenient and always make sure to give me plenty of bbq sauce 🥰 On the very rare occasion something isn’t right with my order they are always more than happy to fix it. I genuinely give this restaurant a 10/10 anyway! ☺️“

“This is a good location. I use the Taco Bell app and do my orders online then pick up my order or eat in the store. It’s such an easy way to get do my orders (and make sure it’s correct). Love the Mexican Pizza. This is such a unique item.“
